All returns are for store credit only.
We can not take returns in any items that are not damaged in shipping. If the item is damaged you will need approval from real time BMX to return the item for store credit. If an item is damaged in shipping we will need picture sent to our email of the damage email@example.com
RealTimeBMX is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. RealTimeBMX reserves the right to grant full or partial refunds at its discretion.
All returns must be authorized by RealTimeBMX.
